Discipline is the way… discipline is the one way. Study the lives of all
great people and you will find they had disciplined ways to live their
lives. From when to wake up to when to exercise or when to mediate or what
to do with their Sundays, what is their dieting schedule… their lives are
based on disciplined routines with complete clarity. It is to them that you
could ask, "what is your typical day?" for their days have a design and they
discipline their lives to that design.
Life has to become organized. We need disciplined routines. Only daily
practices can give us that disciplined organized life. Yes, we can always
improvise on it and improve upon it; but begin we must. Plan your mornings.
Plan your evenings. And, plan the day in-between. Daily routines are your
foundation on which you can build landmark successes and multistoried peace
and bliss. Discipline is a process. Take care of the process and it will
take care of your life.
A time for everything and everything in its time-that's discipline. And,
that's the way.
